The total area of aluminum alloy castings
manufacturing workshops is 7000m2, where there are the largest
solution treatment furnace (inner dimension 4.5×3×4m) in Asia,
four 2.5t electric resistance furnaces, three 0.5~2.5t adjusting
pressure casting equipments and one 1000t squeezing casting
machine. The outline size of the largest castings is up to 5m,
and the pouring weight is up to 8 ton. The dimension precision
of large high quality castings has attained GB6414 class 6~8;
and the inside quality has reached the first class castings
standard of HB5480. The quality of aluminum alloy castings has
met or exceeded specifications in HB5480,QJ3185 and MILL-21180(military
standard of U.S.). SRIF has supplied a lot of premium castings
to war industry and other fields.
